Design Challenge
For more than a decade, the Furniture 4 Kids Design Contest has brought out the competitive and creative spirits of architecture and design professionals throughout Dallas. Teams of designers are challenged to transform identical children’s tables and chairs into themed and functional furniture pieces. 2018's theme was “Farm to Table.” A panel of judges chose the winning pieces, and the entries were available for bid through an online auction supporting the chosen Non-Profit for 2018, Vogel Alcove.

Vince Burt is a Managing Director for JLL’s Project & Development Services in the Dallas area and leads the Tenant Representative Broker Support Team responsible for ensuring his client’s interests are represented throughout the project delivery process.

Scott Hobbs is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Scott specializes in office tenant representation/brokerage in the Greater Dallas Area. He is recognized throughout the DFW Metroplex as one of the most active brokers in the representation of large office tenants.
Alex Coe
Senior Vice Principal, CRESA
Alex Coe is the Senior Vice President of the Cresa Dallas Fort Worth office. He specializes exclusively in tenant representation, which requires a strong skill set in strategic lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and mitigation of expansion and relocation costs on behalf of his corporate clients worldwide.
Kim Hogan
Vice President, Design & Construction, KDC
Kim Hogan serves as Vice President, Design & Construction for KDC. In her more than 30 years of experience in commercial and corporate interior design and project management, Kim has led various design teams for corporate project types including building renovation, corporate, commercial and justice.
