As a Behavioral Clinical Account Manager, Gail acts as a Subject Matter Expert to Cigna Sales teams, and serves as pro-active member of assigned client account team(s) working to support New Business Managers, Client Managers and market leadership within the sales organization. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of advanced market issues and Cigna’s suite of behavioral products, services, and capabilities. She partners with behavioral operations to maintain a working knowledge of all clinical, health care partners and operational processes necessary to support clients and sales teams.

Gail has been with Cigna since 2011 with experience both in Behavioral Operations as a Care Manager and Clinical Lead, as well as her current role within the sales organization. Gail is also a board approved clinical supervisor and former experiences include outpatient therapy, in-home family and child/adolescent therapy, day treatment, and working with the developmentally disabled.

Gail earned a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University and holds a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
