As Senior Managing Director, Brad Blankenship leads Project and Development Services (PDS) for Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas-Fort Worth, providing comprehensive development and project management services for property owners and tenants. He’s responsible for overall strategic leadership, as well as day-to-day oversight. Brad excels at managing the risks inherent in construction projects, while delivering cost savings and quantifiable results. With more than 37 years of project management experience in the Texas and Oklahoma markets, Brad has developed a large network of resources, and his clients benefit from those connections. He’s also able to leverage his experience as a former general contractor, a role in which he oversaw successful completion of many large developments in North Texas.
Throughout his career, Brad has managed a variety of projects, from small and large office interiors to build-to-suit developments. His areas of expertise include office, industrial, mission-critical, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, and educational facilities.
