Mr. Underwood is a Program Manager for Project and Development Services in Atlanta. He is currently working in Multi Site on the Aflac account. Mr. Underwood specializes in "Roll Outs" Since 2015 a total of 106 interior projects have been completed. Ranging from 4,000 to 350,000 SF. The SOW includes assuming leases, Project Management Services, Design, Permiting, GC selection, Execution, and managing multiple vendors. Previously My Underwood worked on the Chick – fil – A account with the Special Projects Group. A Design Service Group. Mr. Underwood worked on the Chargrill Program for Chick – fil – A which consisted of 230 kitchen remodels in less than a year. Mr. Underwood worked on the T-Mobile accout for the Multi – Site Department. In a two month span our team completed the redesigned of 2700 stores across the country.
In all of Mr. Underwood’s projects the philosophy is simple “Respect for your objectivity and fairness, you live by a code that includes working hard and behaving honourably and ethically”.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Mr. Underwood has been in the construction industry for 19 years. Mr. Underwood is a leader in the industry, and brings deep experience in design, construction and project management. Mr. Underwood also served as a Tier 1 Contractor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and holds over 84 personal licenses for the Federal Government. Mr. Underwood understands and develops construction programs from the client’s needs. Mr. Underwood’s knowledge of construction techniques, facility operations help to communicate and coordinate the requirements of all project team members resulting in on-time, on budget projects that conform to the client’s policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Mr. Underwood studied at Jacksonville State University with a focus in Business Administration and Economics.
