Kurt has fifteen years of experience in construction, design, and marketing. His approach to execution is inclusive and process-driven. His greatest strength is his ability to understand other’s needs and put them first while collaborating with all parties necessary to deliver the best work.

Mr. Ehlers is responsible for growing Ellinwood Machado’s new client business while simultaneously making sure that existing clients continue to feel valued. Additionally, Kurt serves on the leadership team of Total Renovation Services overseeing both new business development and project execution.

Kurt has a built a personal brand within the AEC industry and holds strong to the philosophy that “relationships are everything”.

Kurt is a Navy veteran, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, and a Master in Business Administration from Auburn University. He is a member of the Georgia Built executive committee, volunteers with local youth sports, and is a Forsyth County Schools mentor.
