I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. After working for Bank of America for 13 years, I made a decision to stay home with my child with special needs and focus my efforts on his development. That path led me to truly investigate how the products we use daily impact our health. I quickly learned essential oils, supplements and CBD offer so many great options to support our physical and emotional wellness. Today I enjoy helping my clients evaluate their health and wellness goals, and align those to products that support their journey. My background in corporate training and executive development has provided me with a unique skillset for working with corporate clients to prioritize their health and wellness goals through lunch and learns and one-on-one consults.
